Temex Ceramics products are mostly passive components that are used in generic functions (coupling, bypassing, filtering, tuning, timing) which are generally the same in most of electronic applications. Their use in a given market is determined by their ability to fit frequency, temperature, cost, voltage and stability criteria for the application considered. The selection criteria is based on the behaviour of their characteristics within a given frequency range, accurately determined for a given market. Therefore, some components are common to several applications, making them ideal, economically and technically preferred components.
With its large portfolio of products (which include CDR case styles), Temex Ceramics is able to offer components and sub-systems for most military applications:
* low-frequency VHF UHF communication systems - HiQ ceramic capacitors, trimmer capacitors, power loads, dielectric resonators
* airborne modules - HiQ porcelain capacitors, tuning elements
* aircraft and marine radars - HiQ Power ceramic capacitors, ferrite materials
* switch mode power supplies (SMPS), night vision goggles - high voltage capacitors
* missile electronics - high capacitance capacitors
Temex Ceramics also offers, for stealth applications, specific absorbing materials whose characteristics are carefully studied to meet a wide range of frequency spectra, determined with user.
